Subscriptions Terms & Conditions
Hiflow Ventures, Inc. (“Hiflow” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is pleased to offer a Subscription Plan for its Gum Products. When you choose to enroll in a Subscription Plan for any of our products (Collectively, the “Product” or “Products”), the following Terms and Conditions apply:
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
When you place a Subscription Plan order, the subscription plan consists of an initial charge followed by recurring charges at the frequency as agreed to by you - Hiflow will automatically place and ship that same order on the same day every month.
By entering into a subscription plan, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment required by you and that you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT
Your Subscription Plan’s order's final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, Customs, duties fees, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include:
- Sales tax, if applicable
- Shipping and handling costs
- Promotional offers, if applicable
The Products available for the Subscription Plan are based on a current price. This means that item prices are not locked in and are subject to change.
Once you subscribe, we shall charge you periodically without further authorisation from you, until you proactively opt out of auto-renewal.
The initial payment you make for your product subscription will be taken at the time of checkout. Subsequent payments will be determined by the date of your initial subscription order. For example, if your previous order was placed on 1st January and the subscription is set to a 1-month frequency, the next billing date will be 1st February.
The credit card you used to place your initial Subscription Plan order will be charged until you cancel your Subscription Plan order, or modify your credit card information. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing. Should your payment decline, your subscription order will not be shipped to you. Once the payment is made, your subscription will continue.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
A Subscription Plan confirmation email will be sent after each Subscription Plan order is processed and shipped. No other emails will be sent before subsequent Subscription Plan order shipments are processed.
PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability. If your subscription order is not available, we may cancel your order for that specific month and you will not be charged.
CHANGING SUBSCRIPTION PLAN ORDERS
Subscription Plan shipments will be of the same Product or Products ordered during the initial Subscription Plan shipment. You may change the Product or Products received as part of your Subscription Plan at any time. Pricing may change depending on the changes to the Subscription Plan order Product or Products.
AMENDING OR PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
You have the option to delay, cancel or skip an order, provided notice is given at least 5 days before your next billing date. You can also pause your subscription at any time, indefinitely.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
You may cancel your subscription to Products offered through the Subscription Plan at any time. If there is an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed by Hiflow.
FORMULA CHANGES ON SUBSCRIPTION PLAN ORDERS
Hiflow is committed to constantly innovating its Products and from time to time will update a Product’s or Products’ formula. In the event of such an update, your Subscription Plan order will continue as before except that the Product or Products will be replaced with the new formula Product or Products. You will not be notified separately of this change before a subsequent Subscription Plan order is processed and shipped. The new formula Product or Products will continue on subsequent Subscription Plan orders unless you choose to remove this item from your Subscription Plan order.
