30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Hiflow products. If you try our gum and aren't satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at info@hiflowgum.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Because our products are consumable, you do not need to return the unused portion to receive your refund. We trust our customers and stand behind our product.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at info@hiflowgum.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A brief note on why you weren't satisfied

We'll initiate your refund within 5 business days of your request. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Limits

Our money-back guarantee applies to one order per customer per household. We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@hiflowgum.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return necessary.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

• Orders for which a refund request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on third-party platforms including Amazon — please contact the platform directly for returns and refunds

Subscription Orders

If you are a subscriber and wish to cancel your subscription and request a refund for a recent renewal charge, please contact us at info@hiflowgum.com. We handle subscription refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Subscription Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy, available at hiflowgum.com/pages/subscriptions-terms-condition.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason without justification.

For consumable products that have been opened and partially used, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies in place of the EU cooling off period return requirement. If you have not opened or used the product, please contact us at info@hiflowgum.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.
