Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We rely on USPS, Fedex, and other couriers, which may be subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems. We are not held accountable for any such delays. 

If you didn’t provide your email during checkout, you won’t receive an order confirmation. In that case, feel free to reach out to us at info@hiflowgum.com for an update on your order status.

Also, please double-check your shipping and billing details before placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete information, or unverified order details, may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. 

When estimating shipping, please be aware that we're offering free shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more, including subscription orders within the US. For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate will apply.
